About Get Fit Live Fit

Whether you want to get into shape, improve your current fitness level, set a personal record, or just lead a healthy lifestyle, our goal is to help you achieve your goals!

Our Group Training includes a 12 week customized training program, two weekly coached workouts, six educational sessions, and many online resources. Educational topics include injury prevention, strength training, core conditioning, nutrition, training with a HR Monitor and more. As an added bonus, all group training participants receive a free technical tee, access to the online training resources at GetFitLiveFit.org and discounts at Fit Right NW.

Qualified and experienced coaches and pace leaders are at each practice session to provide leadership, resources and motivation. Participants train in a fun and supportive group atmosphere with like-minded runners and walkers. Choose from one of our many program offerings the program that best meets your goals.

Online Training provide access to our training even if you don't live in the Portland metro area and allow you the flexibility of training on your own time. You'll have access to all of our great online resources. If you are in town join us for one of our Saturday group runs.
