Get Fit Live Fit Walking Program is ideal for those individuals who have made the decision to change their lives.  You may have participated in our Walking 10k Program and/or have accomplished your goal of completing a 10k event and now have set your sights higher and longer to focus on the Half Marathon distance. The program will help you set your specific Half Marathon training goals, while managing your time, stress and assist with weight loss and fitness improvement goals.
